Used to turn off or cease the Lumos spell

First seen in Prisoner Of Azkaban when Harry and Hermione turn off their wands in The Shrieking Shack. The Nox spell was also in The Deathly Hallows when Harry was in the passage beneath the Whomping Willow leading to the Shrieking Shack.
