Background

Muggle is the name given to non-magical people by those of the Wizarding community. Most of the muggles do not know that magic exists. There are children born to muggles that have Magical abilities, these are known as Muggle Borns. Some muggles know of the existance of magic but cannot see the magical creatures, such as Dementors, although they can feel the presence of them, they just presume its something possibly natural. Some of the unexplainable events in the muggle world can apparently be explained using magic. Muggles thoughts on magic is different between them all, some see it as a mutation of what a human should be, whereas others see it as a gift.
